Rachel Rivkind

Rachel Rivkind has over fourteen years of experience in residential real estate. Ms. Rivkind’s vast background includes new construction sales and marketing for both international and national developers. Rachel has represented some of New York City's finest condominiums such as; 47 East 91st Street, 100 West 58th Street (The Windsor Park), 310 West 52nd Street (The Link), and 230 West 78th Street (Linden78). Additionally, Rachel served as the in-house Director of Leasing Operations for the award-winning, white-glove building located at 351 East 51st Street, The Beekman Regent. Beyond Ms. Rivkind’s extensive pre-construction work, Rachel has represented buyers and sellers in some of New York City's premier condominiums, cooperatives, and townhouses markets, including but not limited to 15 Central Park West, The Residences at the Mandarin Oriental, 25 Columbus Circle, 111 West 67th Street, and 101 West 67th Street. Rachel is a graduate of The Cornell School of Hotel Management and is currently on the Board of the Cornell Hotel School NYC Chapter. She understands the importance of service, discretion, confidentiality and hospitality. It is under the operation of these fundamental building blocks that Ms. Rivkind believes is the core to maintaining long-term relationships. Rachel's fluency in Russian has allowed her to further benefit from the global footprint of Sotheby's International Realty. Rachel decided to move to Beacon to enjoy the serenity, beauty, tranquility, healthy lifestyle and incredible air quality. Like many places in the Hudson Valley, Beacon has grown quickly in the past couple of decades. The introduction of Dia Beacon, a contemporary art museum, in 2003 is a big contributor to the town’s evolution into a tourism destination. Rachel’s other pursuits include being a patron of the arts and a member of several charitable organizations. She is an advocate of animal rescue and affordable health care for those suffering from chronic cancer conditions.
