The 2nd floor has 4 more bedrooms (one of them an en-suite), a wet bar, large closets and plenty of space, and a sleeping area for everyone. 107 S. Rumson is handicap accessible with a ramp off the driveway that leads to the laundry room making it perfect for strollers or wheelchairs. There are 3 off-street parking spots in the driveway and a garage (storage only). Rumson Ave. is also a short beach which means you don’t have to walk far through the dunes to get to the beach. The beach is also handicapped accessible so you can walk right on with your strollers or beach carts and not have to navigate steps. Rumson Ave. also has a porta-potty and is centrally located between 2 guarded beaches and is a stop for the Yum Yum truck. Sounds like the perfect summer!!!
