Heather Croner Real Estate was established in 1980 as a company to provide real estate brokerage, marketing and consulting services in the historic Hudson Valley to clients wishing to buy or sell properties of quality at all price levels. Complemented by a Sotheby’s International Realty ® affiliation, the company has the advantage of a unique world-wide real estate network.

LOCATION
The main office is in Millbrook, Dutchess County, New York in the heart of the Hudson Valley, 1 ½ hours north of New York City. The area is known for its beautiful landscape, country lifestyle and balanced economy. Our market area in the historic Hudson Valley is concentrated in Dutchess, Columbia and Ulster Counties.
